If you are unhappy with web hosting from MRM Solution LLC during the first 30 days of service, you may request cancellation in writing by email or through the cancellation form in the client area. Include a detailed reason. We are the sole arbiter of whether the reason is valid and whether reasonable steps were taken to fix the issue.

• Web hosting refunds apply to monthly, semiannual and annual payments (100% when approved).
• Domains are not refundable.
• No refund if the account was suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
• If you asked to cancel, then agreed to continue, you cannot request a second refund for the same term.

If we fail to deliver

If we fail to deliver the paid hosting service, a 100% refund will be issued, subject to the exclusions above.
